Taichi, sometimes referred to as Shadow Boxing, was developed many centuries ago. Its graceful movements help to balance the yin and the yang, doing as much for the mind and soul as for the body. Practicing Taichi can help easing the aging and maintaining good health, which makes this traditional Chinese practice remain one of the favourite means of keeping fit in Hong Kong.
Taichi Class will be taught in English by our professional taichi instructors. We developed an easy way to help Non-Chinese people to discover the essence of Taichi.
Usually, the "Simplified Wu Form of 6 Steps" or “Yang Style 4 Steps” will be taught in Taichi beginners' class. Through learning the soft and slow movements, students will acquire the techniques of self-defense and the principle of relaxation while in motion.
